Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day, order must be placed before 12 PM MST)

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages Scottsdale Scoop is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us here please email us here: https://shop.thescottsdalescoop.com/pages/contact and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
